From simple beginnings to now, Pies & Quiches owner Karen Trento-Allenstein has always baked a three simple ideas: that everything is made fresh, from scratch, and with quality ingredients. Founded in 2014, Pies & Quiches is the embodiment of these ideals, with all goodies baked with excellent ingredients, baked fresh every day, and made entirely from scratch!

You know when you’ve waited for something for so long because you KNOW it’s going ot happen, you just don’t know when? FINALLY! The long awaited bake shop is here. As my family and friends would say, “IT’S ABOUT TIME”. The real magic vin my life is baking. I have taken many roads ot get here, som less traveled and some very bumpy. I am now and thrilled to be able to share what I truly love to do. Thank you all for your continued support; it is greatly appreciated!
